Most people lose weight only to GAIN IT BACK

Argh!  What a tragedy!

A recent study of successful losers shows that they “work harder to control their eating when tasty food is around than people who have always been at a normal weight”.

Good old self-control.

But unless you’ve had a near-death experience related to the weight, such self-control is in awfully-short supply – especially given the amount of weight loss rebound that we normally see among our friends and others.

O yea – one more thing – successful losers who keep it off, don’t watch more than 10 hours of TV a week.
