Phase 2 consists of 4-6 weeks of Rapid Fat Loss with less hunger and fewer cravings than you thought possible!

First, A Clinical Workshop

Phase 2 also starts with a doctor-led workshop, this time to go into details of how you will lose excess fat at the rate of up to 1/2 - 1 lb per day for women or 1 - 2 lbs per day for men.

In the workshop, the doctor will also review the details of how the HCG prescription works to preferentially release the hard-to-get fat and reduces hunger even as you lose weight.

Then, A Detailed Meal Plan

During the 4-6 weeks of Phase 2, we will provide a detailed food guide and meal planner - including a special HCG cookbook - so that you know exactly what to eat for your weight loss success.

We offer 3 different calorie reduction programs to achieve your goals. We will work with you to select the plan that's right for you.

Each plan includes nutritional supplementation to ensure good health and optimum Fat Loss during this Phase.

With Weekly Consultations

As you progress through this period of Rapid Fat Loss, you will meet with your weight loss specilist weekly to monitor progress - either by telephone or in person, whichever is more convenient.

In addition, the doctor will conduct a follow-up Physical Exam mid-way through the period of Rapid Fat Loss to make doubly-sure that the program is working well and that there are no unhealthy side-effects.

And Continuing with the Success Therapies

We have 6 special Success Therapies that are specifically-designed to help you with the HCG portion of our program. Each week, you will receive access to a new session to encourage and support you through this exciting time of Rapid Fat Loss.

After losing anywhere from 20-40 pounds in the 4-6 weeks of this phase, we will work together in Phase 3 to reset your metabolism to fit the "new you".
